We were tasked with creating a filter / sorting tool that would allow both new and returning customers to find their perfect BMW.
To determine how the filter should flow, research was conducted with BMW executives, current owners, and potential buyers.
An important ask was that the sort occur "organically" while never downplaying the significance of a vehicle series number. I did this by designing a layout that emphasized the car and its related model number, and through working with our developers to assure a smooth organic animation as sort results were revealed.
The final result was a seamless transition between the UX, design, and development. For more information on this project please contact me.
