Informed Delivery is a consumer facing feature offered by USPS® that provides users with digital previews of their household mail arriving soon.
USPS leverages existing mail imaging processes to provide users with a digital preview of mail arriving soon.
I lead and collaborated with the team redesigning Informed Delivery for web and mobile experiences. This meant everything from wireframe creation, to research, and presenting to clients.
As of July 2017 survey on Informed Delivery, 96% of users would recommend it to others, 95% view it daily compared to the year before.
